Biography

As a former journalist, college instructor and professional pilot, James Melton addresses Fortune 500 companies and conferences worldwide. While sharing his candid and inspiring message, he provides a view of leadership, the future and relationships that is hard-hitting, revealing and applicable to every-day life.

Public Television produced an eight-part series on his work titled, Reaching New Heights of  Excellence. With an engaging style, he calls to action the need for each of us to re-evaluate our habits, beliefs and daily choices. He holds a Ph.D. in management.

Jim is a keynote speaker for regional, national and world conferences. He has lectured internationally in China for the Wynn Hotel Management Team with multiple assignments in France, Italy, England, Mexico, Canada and Dubai, U.A.E.
